At KOINI we aim to please and ensure a smooth transition from placing orders to despatch and processing refunds should the need arise.
KOINI use Reputable Carriers name a few Dpd, Ups , Dhl, Royal Mail to deliver your purchases. Some products may require a signature at your postal address so please ensure someone is available.
When your order is confirmed online and payment is made we aim to dispatch your goods within 2-3 working days. If a product is out of stock or unavailable we will get in touch with you via email to offer an alternate item and/or revise delivery date once we allocate the stock.
Returns & Cancellations
As statute you have 14 working days to cancel any purchase made with KOINI from the date the goods are received by you.
All customers are responsible for the postage costs of any returned/cancelled items. With regards to faulty items KOINI will reimburse any incurred postage costs.

KOINI cannot be held liable for returned goods that are damaged in transit so we advise to use a recorded and insured service to ensure that we receive them safely. KOINI will notify you when we’re in receipt of your returned items and will process your new delivery or refund accordingly within 7 working days.
